Assessment forms

Rules shared by all assessment forms. Saving works through "Spremi" and "Spremi i zatvori" with a toast. Every board member's input is private to them. The grading table has white input rows for sub-criteria and grey category-average rows, a POGODNOST row and the 0–3 scale with one decimal. Shared and individual forms have different layouts.
These rules apply to every assessment form. Each form’s own page describes its criteria, its status rule and anything specific to it.
- Grupna diskusija
- Igranje uloga – prvi kontakt
- Igranje uloga – argumentacija
- Predstavljanje kandidata
- Strukturirani intervju – bilješke
- Strukturirani intervju – ocijene
Common layout
- Breadcrumb: Assessments > {assessment name}
- “Natrag” link that returns to the assessment detail page
- Title: the form name. Subtitle: the assessment name.
- Sticky footer with:
- the current candidate (avatar with initials + name), for individual forms only
- “SPREMI I ZATVORI” – saves and returns to the assessment detail page
- “SPREMI” – saves and stays on the form
A success toast notification is shown every time a form is saved.
Data visibility
Each board member fills in their own grades and notes independently and sees only their own input in each form. Averages across all board members are shown only on the results page. Notes from all board members can be seen only on the Bilješke pages, which are trainer only.
Shared and individual forms
- Shared forms (Zajedničke aktivnosti) – Grupna diskusija, Igranje uloga – prvi kontakt and Igranje uloga – argumentacija. All candidates are graded in one form, as a table with candidates as columns and criteria as rows.
- Individual forms (Aktivnosti po kandidatu) – Predstavljanje kandidata, Strukturirani intervju – bilješke and Strukturirani intervju – ocijene. Each form is filled in for one candidate, who is shown in the sticky footer. To move to the next candidate, the board member goes back to the assessment detail page and opens the form for that candidate.
Grading table
Used by Grupna diskusija, Igranje uloga – prvi kontakt, Igranje uloga – argumentacija and Strukturirani intervju – ocijene.
The first column header is “Kriterij / Kandidat”. The other columns are the candidates: all candidates for shared forms, one candidate for Strukturirani intervju – ocijene.
There are two types of rows:
- White rows (sub-criteria) – input fields. The board member does not need to fill in every sub-criterion. At least one sub-criterion per category must be filled in for the form to be Zaključeno. An empty input shows “—”.
- Grey rows (categories, e.g. “Pojava / ponašanje”) – read-only. The value is calculated automatically as the average of the sub-criteria filled in within that category. If only one sub-criterion is filled in, the grey row shows that value. If none are filled in, it shows “—”.
The POGODNOST row at the bottom is read-only. It shows the overall average across all categories (the grey rows) for each candidate. This value is used as the final grade for the activity in the results page, averaged across all board members.
Input validation
- Grades are on a scale of 0–3, and one decimal is allowed (e.g. 2,5).
- No other numbers or characters can be entered.
- Values are shown with a decimal comma.
Grading scale
Shown at the bottom of each grading form: “Pogodnost: 0 Nepogodan, 1 Ne, sa rezervom, 2 Da, sa rezervom, 3 Da”.
