BTC

BTC školovanje (a 4-module training program with attendance tracking, feedback results and signature uploads) and BTC certificiranje (final certification with a written exam entered manually and an oral exam graded by the komisija in the app). Both are part of the "Assessment i školovanje" section.

BTC školovanje and BTC certificiranje are part of the “Assessment i školovanje” section of the app (side menu: Assessment i školovanja → BTC školovanje / BTC certificiranje).

BTC školovanje is a structured training program of 4 modules, each lasting 2 days.

• Candidates attend all modules together as a group.
• The trainer sets up and manages the školovanje.
• Candidates are sent to the training by a partner (e.g. Auto Zubak).
• At the end of each module, candidates fill in an anonymous feedback form.
• One školovanje can cover several brands at the same time. The process is the same.

The goal is to digitalize attendance tracking and feedback collection during the training.

All users with access to the BTC školovanje section have access to everything in it: viewing, creating, editing and deleting školovanje records, and viewing feedback results.

BTC certificiranje

BTC certificiranje is the final certification step after BTC školovanje. Candidates take two exams:

• Pismeni ispit (written exam) – carried out in an external application. The trainer enters the results manually on the Rezultati certificiranja page.
• Usmeni ispit (oral exam) – carried out by the board members (komisija), who grade candidates in the app.

Candidates are sent to certification by a partner (e.g. Auto Zubak).

The goal is to digitalize oral exam grading and to give a clear overview of certification results across both exams.

Roles

A user can have only one role at a time. Roles are assigned in user management.

Trainer

• Sees BTC školovanje and BTC certificiranje without restrictions.
• Can create and manage BTC školovanje and BTC certificiranje.
• Can be added to the komisija of a BTC certificiranje.

BTC evaluator

• Has access to the BTC certificiranje part of the app and sees all certificiranja without restrictions (list, detail, Rezultati certificiranja).
• Cannot create, edit or delete certificiranja.
• Can enter Modul 5 – Pismeni ispit results on the Rezultati certificiranja page.
• Can be added to the komisija of a BTC certificiranje.

Data retention

Data is kept for 2 years. Deleting a školovanje or certificiranje only hides it in the app; its data (candidates, attendance, feedback values, signature files, komisija, grades) stays in the database for the retention period.
