BTC certificiranje list

List of BTC certificiranja across all brands (10 per page) with search, date, brand and status filters, a "Novo certificiranje" button, and a per-row actions menu (Detalji / Uredi / Ukloni certificiranje) with a delete confirmation modal. Status (Aktivni / Nadolazeći / Prošli) is calculated from the start and end dates.

The BTC certificiranje list displays all certification records across all brands. It is opened from the side menu: Assessment i školovanja → BTC certificiranje.

List columns

• Naziv – name of the certificiranje
• Marka – brand
• Datum početka – start date (dd.mm.yyyy)
• Datum završetka – end date (dd.mm.yyyy)
• Status – tag with one of: Aktivni, Nadolazeći, Prošli
• Actions menu (three dots icon “…”)

Status

Status is set automatically from the start and end dates:

• Nadolazeći – the start date is in the future
• Aktivni – from the start date until the end date
• Prošli – the end date has passed

Sorting and pagination

• The list is sorted by status first (Aktivni → Nadolazeći → Prošli). Within each status group it is sorted by start date, ascending.
• Pagination: 10 records per page (“Prikazuje se 1-10 od 14” and page numbers).

Search and filters

• Search field “Pretraži po nazivu certificiranja ili kandidatu” – searches by certificiranje name and by candidate
• Date filter (dd.mm.yyyy)
• MARKA – filter by brand
• PRIKAŽI – filter by status, with the options:
  • All
  • Aktivni
  • Nadolazeći
  • Prošli

By default all statuses are shown.

User actions

• View all certificiranje records
• Search by certificiranje name or candidate
• Filter by date, brand (MARKA) and status (PRIKAŽI)
• Add a new certificiranje (“NOVO CERTIFICIRANJE” button) – opens Adding new BTC certificiranje
• View the certificiranje detail page (all statuses) – “Detalji certificiranja”
• Edit a certificiranje (Aktivni and Nadolazeći only) – “Uredi certificiranje”. Prošli cannot be edited.
• Delete a certificiranje (Nadolazeći only) – “Ukloni certificiranje”. Aktivni and Prošli cannot be deleted.

Creating, editing and deleting are available to the Trainer role only. BTC evaluators see the list and the detail pages, so their actions menu shows only “Detalji certificiranja” and the “NOVO CERTIFICIRANJE” button is hidden. See Roles.

Actions menu

Clicking the three dots icon on a row opens a menu. Its options depend on the status:

• Detalji certificiranja – opens the BTC certificiranje detail page
• Uredi certificiranje – opens Uredi BTC certificiranje
• Ukloni certificiranje – opens the delete confirmation modal

Figma has the typo “Ukloni certiiciranje” in the menu.

• Warning icon, title “Ukloni certificiranje?”, with the certificiranje name as a subtitle (e.g. “Certificiranje 2026/1”)
• Text: “Jeste li sigurni da želite ukloniti ovo certificiranje?” (Figma has the typo “ovu”)
• Buttons:
  • Odustani – closes the modal without deleting
  • Ukloni (red) – deletes the certificiranje. It disappears from the app, but its data is kept (see Data retention).
• Close icon (x) in the top right corner – closes the modal without deleting
