Zapisnik o vraćanju (return form)

Two-step vehicle return record, opened with "Otvori zapisnik o vraćanju" on a Preuzeto record of the Zapisnici list. Step 1 shows the pickup data read-only and adds the editable Stanje vozila pri vraćanju (Km stanje prefilled from pickup, Datum and Vrijeme vraćanja, Voženo calculated in days and hours, battery, fuel, damage) and Fotografije; a draft keeps the status Preuzeto. Step 2 shows everything read-only, with the Opći uvjeti checkbox and the user's and Porsche Croatia's return signatures. "KREIRAJ ZAPISNIK" sets the status to Vraćeno, makes the return PDF and e-mails a copy to the user.

Users with access to Vozni park open the return record with “Otvori zapisnik o vraćanju” on a Preuzeto row of the Zapisnici list. It completes the same record as the Zapisnik o preuzimanju.

Breadcrumb: Zapisnici > Zapisnik o vraćanju. Page title: “Zapisnik o vraćanju — " followed by the vehicle’s Tip and Registarska oznaka (e.g. “Zapisnik o vraćanju — A4 Avant ZG-123-AA”), with a back arrow that returns the user to where they came from.

The form has two steps.

Step 1

Pickup data (read-only)

Carried over from the Zapisnik o preuzimanju and shown read-only, with all values as finalized at pickup (Podaci o vozilu are shown from the inventory, see Zapisnik o preuzimanju – view):

(The return screens mark the read-only “Mjesto povratka *” with an asterisk; it is optional on the pickup form. The return screens also have no “Radno vrijeme” info box in Rok korištenja.)

Stanje vozila pri vraćanju

Km stanje – number, mandatory (placeholder “npr. 45200”, suffix “km”). Prefilled with Km stanje from the pickup record.
Datum vraćanja – date picker, mandatory
Vrijeme vraćanja – time picker, mandatory
Voženo – read-only, mandatory, two values: days (“dana”) and hours (“sati”). Calculated automatically from Datum / Vrijeme preuzimanja and Datum / Vrijeme vraćanja.
Stanje napunjenosti baterije – number, optional (suffix “%”)
Razina goriva u spremniku – text, optional
Oštećenja evidentirana kod povrata vozila – textarea, optional (placeholder “Opišite vidljiva oštećenja vozila…”)

(Figma reuses the pickup label “Oštećenja evidentirana kod predaje vozila” for the return damage field, shows “2 dani” instead of “2 dana”, and leaves the hours value without a label.)

Voženo is the time between pickup and return, in whole days plus the remaining hours. The units use the correct Croatian form: “1 dan”, “2 dana”, “5 dana”; “1 sat”, “2 sata”, “5 sati”.

Not specified: rounding of Voženo. Recommended: minutes are rounded up to the next hour.

Not specified: validation. Recommended: Km stanje at return cannot be lower than at pickup, and Datum / Vrijeme vraćanja cannot be before Datum / Vrijeme preuzimanja.

Fotografije

“Odaberi datoteke” – upload photos of the vehicle at return, optional. Uploaded files are listed as links (e.g. “Img_23413413432423423424.jpeg”).

The same upload rules as on the pickup form apply.

Step 1 bottom bar (sticky)

“PRIHVATI DRAFT” – saves the return data without changing the record status: it stays Preuzeto. The user returns to the previous view. The Zapisnik o vraćanju can be opened again from the Zapisnici list and edited.
“NASTAVI NA POTPISE” – validates the mandatory fields and goes to step 2

Conflict for the assignee to check: the spec and the Figma annotation call the draft button “Spremi draft”, but the Figma button says “PRIHVATI DRAFT”. These docs follow the Figma button.

Potpisi

Checkbox, mandatory: “Pročitao sam i prihvatio opće uvjete otisnute na poleđini te izjavljujem da sam suglasan da su oni sastavni dio zapisnika.” The word “zapisnika” links to the Opći uvjeti.

Step 2 bottom bar (sticky)

Text: “Zapisnik će biti spremljen i kopija će biti automatski poslana na e-mail adresu korisnika.”
“KREIRAJ ZAPISNIK” – checks the checkbox and both signatures and completes the record

Completing the record:

Sets the record status to Vraćeno on the Zapisnici list. The record can no longer be edited or deleted.
Generates the return PDF. It can be downloaded from the Zapisnici list.
Sends a copy of the return record to the E-mail entered under Podaci o korisniku on the pickup form. If no e-mail was entered, no copy is sent.
Returns the user to the previous view, with a success toast.

Conflict for the assignee to check: the spec sends the Opći uvjeti with the pickup copy only, not with the return copy. The bottom bar text says “pohranjen” on the pickup form and “spremljen” here (both from Figma).

Yet to be specified: the layout of the return PDF, and the subject and text of the e-mail. Until then, the PDF should contain the same sections as the view page, with both return signatures.
