There are several versions of this document. All different versions will be prepared. Each one will be available as a separate document that brand manager can add to event.

This document will have to be signed by the invitee to follow the same document signing logic that is used to manage documents.

When invitee is signing the document, we display:

• Name of document the invitee is signing
• Time period of the event (disabled field)
• Name of the event (disabled field)
• Location of the event (disabled field)
• Name of the invitee (disabled field)
• Document body
• Consent checkbox

On the generated PDF document, we display:

• Name of document the invitee is signing
• Time period of the event
• Name of the event
• Location of the event
• Name of the invitee
• Document body
• Timestamp of signature
• Invitee signature
