When invitee is signing the document, we display:
- Name of document the invitee is signing - “Izjava o suglasnosti”
- Time period of the event (disabled field)
- Name of the event (disabled field)
- Location of the event (disabled field)
- Name of the invitee (disabled field)
- Invitee’s residence/address - text field, prefilled from invitee detail page, can be edited
- Document body
- Consent checkbox
On the generated PDF document, we display:
- Name of document the invitee is signing
- Time period of the event
- Name of the event, printed with the remark: u daljnjem tekstu: “događaj”
- Location of the event
- Name of the invitee, printed with the remark: u daljnjem tekstu: “sudionik”
- Service provider name (Naziv proizvođača / rent-a-car društva / leasing društva) - text field; printed at the top of the document with the remark: u daljnjem tekstu: “ponudnik storitev”
- Invitee’s residence/address (prebivalište)
- Document body
- Timestamp of signature
- Invitee signature
